The film follows workaholics Jackie Cruz (Lopez), a perfectionist CEO, and Daniel Blanchflower (Goldstein), her company's ambitious new attorney, as they become star-crossed colleagues trying to overcome an undeniable chemistry between them.
“It's that classic thing of two people coming into each other’s lives and the love between them making them into better people,” says Lopez. “It’s the thing that you love romantic comedies for: hope. They feel hopeful that things can work out — that you can find love, and that there are good people out there.”
