The America’s Test Kitchen extended universe has expanded. Not only are the three latest seasons of the cooking show America’s Test Kitchen on Netflix now, but the folks behind Cooks Illustrated have also partnered with the streamer on three video podcasts: I Changed My Mind with Dan Souza; The Side Dish, featuring ATK hosts Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison; and In the Test Kitchen, co-hosted by ATK tastemakers Lan Lam, Bryan Roof, Lidey Heuck, and Nik Sharma.

In I Changed My Mind, Souza — a fan-favorite ATK cast member, James Beard Award–nominated editor, host of the video series What’s Eating Dan?, and chief content officer at America’s Test Kitchen — sits down with celebrities to discuss life's "aha" moments and what it takes to make a person pivot away from their strongest food preferences. Can a hatred of oysters be curbed with just the right dish? Souza aims to find out as he chats with guests like Padma Lakshmi, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, Chef José Andrés, and more. With the right recipe, served up by Souza, will Brooke Shields finally start liking oregano? Will Harris ever embrace the deviled egg?

“One of my favorite parts of the show is trying to convince my guests to enjoy a dish or ingredient that they hate,” Souza tells Tudum. “We get really creative with our recipes and take our best shot. Sometimes I’m successful, many times I’m not. But it’s always fun!”

Souza says there are more episodes in production now. “We have incredible guests from the worlds of food, comedy, astrophysics, and even professional wrestling,” he says. “Tune in for deep conversations with celebrated astrophysicist and author Neil deGrasse Tyson, acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson, celebrated comedian Amber Ruffin, and many more.”
