This four-part limited series stars chef, TV host, and food writer Samin Nosrat and is based on her hit 2017 cookbook of the same name. In it, she breaks down what she views as the four elements of successful cooking: salt, fat, acid, and heat. Each component gets its own episode as Nosrat journeys around the world and collaborates with other food lovers to explain the fundamentals of a good meal.

Nadiya Bakes

Nadiya Hussain, who rose to fame after winning The Great British Baking Show in 2015, walks viewers through some of her favorite recipes. She joins up with kindred kitchen spirits to talk all things sugar, flour, and yeast.
