Hoist the Jolly Roger, nakama. ONE PIECE has made headway for Season 3.
Production has begun on the third season of the celebrated pirate adventure. The original Straw Hat crew — Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji — have assembled in Cape Town, South Africa to begin filming epic new episodes.
The live-action series snagged an early Season 3 renewal in August.
In Season 3, the Straw Hats will be joined by returning Season 2 cast members Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Mikaela Hoover as Tony Tony Chopper, Joe Manganiello as Mr. 0, Lera Abova as Miss All Sunday, and Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefartari Cobra.
And you’ll be seeing several of these characters in a larger capacity. Hoover, Manganiello, Abova, and Ramamurthy have all been upped to series regulars for the third installment.

Previously announced cast set to board Season 3 include Cobra Kai’s Xolo Maridueña as Portgas D. Ace and Cole Escola (the Tony Award-winning star of the Broadway play Oh, Mary!) as theatrical assassin Bon Clay.
Meanwhile, ONE PIECE: Into the Grand Line returns for Season 2 on March 10, 2026. Upcoming episodes will see the Straw Hats visiting new locations as they sail through the legendary stretch of sea known as the Grand Line.

Based on Eiichiro Oda’s beloved manga series, ONE PIECE follows Monkey D. Luffy (Godoy) on his quest to find the legendary fabled treasure, the ONE PIECE, and become King of the Pirates.
Matt Owens and Joe Tracz serve as co-showrunners, writers, and executive producers for Season 2. For Season 3, Ian Stokes joins Tracz as co-showrunner, writer, and executive producer.
Executive producers also include Oda, Marty Adelstein, and Becky Clements through Tomorrow Studios, as well as Tetsu Fujimura, Chris Symes, Christoph Schrewe, and Steven Maeda.
