Ahead of the premiere of Season 3, the upcoming spin-off series Love Is Blind: UK After the Altar will check in with pod squad stars across both Season 1 and Season 2. Bringing together couples, exes, fan-favorites, and a few frenemies, the three-episode special will see where life — and love — has taken them since leaving the pods.

Filmed just two weeks after the Season 2 reunion, the three-episode special launches on July 12.
There’s Megan and Kieran — the only couple still together from Season 2 — who bring the group together to celebrate the latter’s birthday. Season 1 alums Bobby and Jasmine, meanwhile, are preparing to welcome their first child. Plus, Kal and Sarover, who split months after their wedding day, will meet for the first time since the jaw-dropping Season 2 reunion. Season 1 stars Demi, Sabrina, and Freddie will also make an appearance, as well Season 2 pod squad members Billy, Ashleigh, Barda, Jed, Katisha, Javen, Demola, Patrick, and Steven.
Together, the group will open up about the realities of life after the experiment, sharing the highs, lows, and unexpected twists that followed. From divorces and new beginnings to lingering tensions and unfinished business, relationships are tested, old connections resurface, and new chapters begin.
Hosts Matt and Emma Willis will once again guide the incoming pod squad through an unconventional journey to find a forever partner in Love Is Blind: UK Season 3, which launches later this summer.
