When 21 hopeful young chefs descend on the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) campus, they’ll take part in the most intense culinary competition of their lives. Failure to impress famous CIA alumni like Kelsey Barnard Clark, Christina Tosi, Kwame Onwuachi, and Dale Talde will send them home — unless they can prove they’re the Next Gen Chef.
