“We kind of set the bar on the first movie for this style of action,” Extraction 2 director Sam Hargrave says in a new behind-the-scenes video. Now it’s time to raise that bar. For the new sequel, Hargrave –– along with star Chris Hemsworth and the rest of the Extraction 2 team –– upped the ante in a massive way, from a thrilling train and helicopter chase to a rooftop brawl. And of course, at the center of the film is a 21-minute action sequence that appears to unfold in one unbroken shot. “It didn’t really feel like an Extraction movie without a ‘oner’ in it,” Hargrave says.
