This 'Cheer' Deleted Scene Takes Team Loyalty to the Next Level

For these siblings, TVCC love isn’t just skin-deep.

Already binged Cheer Season 2 and itching for more? No problem: We’ve got a deleted scene ready to hit the mat.

This exclusive scene shows Angel Rice, Trinity Valley’s rookie star tumbler, getting ready at home. Rice is a world-renowned cheerleader already, having broken records at just 16 years old, but she says TVCC has quickly become her found family.

“Everywhere I go, I know I create good bonds, but the bonds here are different for me,” she says in the clip. “These are my sisters and brothers.”

In the scene, Rice and real-life brother Jaymo get matching tattoos of “CCFC,” Trinity Valley’s secret saying. These acronyms are common to cheer teams — for example, Navarro’s is FIOFMU — and are often emblazoned on merchandise and written in social media posts about the teams. The meaning, however, is known only to members.

Both Rices are back competing with Trinity Valley this year, but if you can’t get enough Cheer before the next Daytona, check out the full deleted scene below.
