Adam Sandler loves basketball. He’s famous for popping up at pickup basketball games. He’s also a permanent courtside fixture at Los Angeles Lakers games and some of his most memorable characters are basketball fanatics. So, it’s no surprise that Sandler’s latest Netflix offering Hustle is all about basketball. You can check out the key art and trailer below:

Sandler plays Stanley Sugerman, a hard-luck Philadelphia 76ers scout who discovers a talented streetballer named Bo Cruz in Spain. Played by NBA player Juancho Hernangómez, Bo is an electrifying player with a troubled past. With Stanley’s help, he sets out to take on the world — even as Stanley struggles to balance his coaching aspirations with his own responsibilities to his wife Teresa (Queen Latifah) and their young daughter.

“At its core, Hustle is a love-letter to the game of basketball as well as the city of Philadelphia,” executive producer Spencer Beighley (The SpringHill Company) tells Tudum. “We wanted to capture this sentiment in the key-art, as Stanley is frenetically surrounded by the game that he loves and lives. And whether it’s a vintage 76’ers jersey, a Lower Merion t-shirt or a Federal Donuts (a Philadelphia staple) sweatshirt, he’s always repping Philly. Always.”

Directed by Jeremiah Zagar (We the Animals), Hustle also stars Ben Foster, Robert Duvall and sports commentator Kenny Smith. The cast is filled out by a team of real-life basketball stars, including Anthony Edwards, Seth Curry, Aaron Gordon and Boban Marjanović. And the biggest star of them all is also involved: LeBron James produced the film with Sandler, Allen Covert, Joe Roth, Jeffrey Kirschenbaum, Zack Roth and Maverick Carter.

Check out the trailer and get ready to Hustle when the inspirational sports drama hits Netflix on June 8.
