Sunrise Drive South, Saint Petersburg This seven-bed, six-bath home takes up just over 9,000 square feet, sits on four and a half acres of waterfront property and is complete with a poolside treehouse. It’s also the site of Allure Realty’s open house in the premiere episode, where Rena sees that she has been cut out of group promotional photos. Though the asking price is $8.5 million, Anne-Sophie’s buyer only offers a maximum of $4 million, and the house is snapped up before Allure can close the deal.

Eddings Road, Odessa Colony’s client/flirtationship Cho first looks at this five-bed, five-and-a-half-bath mansion that boasts 12,000 square feet, marble countertops and a spa-like pool, set along Keystone Lake. Cho ends up calling it “too nice” for him, but maybe that’s just because of the $6.5 million price tag.

Waterchase Boulevard, Tampa This four-bed, four-bath house is on the smaller side of Allure’s listings (a measly 4,365 square feet), but Rena’s client Alba purchases it with cash for over $1 million without her husband ever seeing it. It features a home gym, a waterfront view and the security of being in a gated community.

8512 Eddings Rd, Odessa Just down the street from his original listing, Anne-Sophie and Colony consider this five-bed, five-and-a-half-bath house for Cho. It’s not along the water, but it features a game room, a covered lanai by the pool and three different shower heads in the owner’s bathroom. It features the same price tag, however: $6.5 million for 12,000 square feet.

Brightwaters Boulevard NE, St. Petersburg Former Playboy model and Home Shopping Network saleswoman Rhonda Shear is asking over $11 million for her five-bed, nine-bath mansion along Snell Harbor. It’s almost 10,000 square feet, which is plenty of room to fit the home’s most luxurious offerings, including a movie theater, bar and spa. The house — named the Casa de Palm Ahh, after her successful product the Ahh Bra — features nods to Greek and Roman mythology. Shear’s eclectic sense of decor matches her vibrant personality.“Why I like this house the most is because I’m a full-figured woman, and the house makes me look small,” she says.

Skimmer Point Way, Gulfport This six-bed, four-and-a-half-bath property boasts nearly 5,000 square feet and sells for just about $1.6 million. It has high ceilings, a screened-in backyard and built-in fireplace (perfect for “the two weeks of Florida winter,” as Rena says). It’s also the locale where Rena tells Anne-Sophie and Colony about her rival brokerage, which ultimately sparks a fight between the women.

A big home in Tampa, Florida

Dundee Street, Tampa Built around what Alexis calls a “tree of life,” this massive home takes up over 10,000 square feet and features eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It comes with a hefty price tag, $14 million, but has an enormous pool sitting alongside the Dundee River. Alexis shows this mega-home to Tennille’s client Ben, but fumbles her delivery, mistakenly claiming the taxes are $6,000 and omitting other information about the property. Eventually, these costly errors along with poor performance lead to her firing in the show’s finale.

Bayshore Blvd, Tampa These dueling condos — shown by Colony and Juawana — sit on the 21st and fifth floors, respectively. The former features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a far better view of Tampa Bay, while the latter has only a mere three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. However, the fifth floor apartment does come with the honor of being the spot where Juawana tells Colony she doesn’t want to be friends with her.

Stratford Court, Southwest Ranches Sharelle and Juawana show this seven-bed, nine-and-a-half-bath mansion to Melvin and Monique, the owners of Mielle, who are looking for a house close to Miami. Selling for $8.9 million at 10,000 square feet, the home features a basketball court, infinity pool and outdoor bar with a firepit. Even though it features 2.4 acres and is close to a nature preserve, daughter Mackenzie claims the house doesn’t have enough space for Tonto, her horse, so it’s onto the next one.

Stratford Court, Southwest Ranches — Under Construction Melvin and Monique end up finding their forever home just down the road, with this seven-bed, six-and-a-half-bath house under construction. At nearly 15,000 square feet, the house has considerable space compared to their initial viewing, and sells for over $1 million less. Melvin and Monique plan on adding a waterfall outside the owner’s bathroom. The selling point? There’s more than enough room for Tonto.

A luxury home compound in the Tampa area of Florida

West Napoleon Street, Tampa The site of Karla’s open house on Arturo’s development is this four-bed, three-and-a-half-bath home taking up 3,204 square feet. Selling for nearly $1.4 million, the open house generates significant interest from potential buyers, though there’s no word on whether or not it sold.

Merry Lane, Lutz This newly renovated five-bed, six-bath sells for $2.2 million and features a custom wine rack, LED lighting throughout and a movie theater. Of the all-white decor, Jesse, the developer, says they were “going with the Kim K vibes.”
