Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients 1 pound large strawberries 8 ounces cream cheese, softened ¾ cup powdered sugar Pinch salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Graham crackers, chocolate covered pretzels and caramel sauce for topping

Preparation Using a paring knife, hollow out the center of the strawberries and discard. 

In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, salt and vanilla, and whisk until smooth. Transfer mixture to a piping bag or a zip top bag with the corner snipped off. Fill the strawberries with the cream cheese mixture. Top with desired toppings!
